Here I would like to share a simple but delicious sandwich with my two favorite ingredients “Chicken and Avocado” my old friend Denise prepared for me last Sunday when we came back from Church.
This is a great healthy choice for when you have a busy day something really fast and nutritive. I hope you enjoy it.
1 lb Chicken, cooked
1 Avocado, large
2 tbsp Cilantro
1/4 cup Salsa verde
Bread & Baked Goods
1 French BaguetteOr your favorite bread
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup Sour cream or greek yogurt
