Green Punch Smoothie

My digestion has been a bit off the ordinary routine for over a month now. After a meal i would feel my stomach bloat. I tried some medication but got tired of them, so I decided to be creative and tried the green punch smoothie that consists of ginger which has proven to be really good for digestion. The ingestion soothes the intestinal tract and helps with digestion feeling better in no time .It is also a remedy for women experiencing morning sickness during early pregnancy stages 

INGREDIENTS 

1 green apple
1/2 cup frozen spinach 
1/2 inch peeled fresh ginger 
1/2 cup of water 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Take out your blender of food processor. Take out all your ingredients and put them in the blender. Secure the lid and turn on the machine and slowly increase your machine speed to your liking. Blend till smooth .Drink and enjoy
