Low self-esteem leads to body dissatisfaction resulting in long term health problems and eating disorders. Trying to skip meals often can lead to weight gain rather than losing of some pounds which will make your kids more depressed. These issues need to be addressed in schools as well to take care of the problems. Healthy habits among teenagers lay the groundwork for the positive youth development. The most concerned developing youth are health habits which also consists of proper exercise and sleep.
