- Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Preheat your grill at medium heat
Cut the cabbage into wedges six or eight depending on Cabbage size.
Remove the core.
Place the wedges on aluminum foil large enough to wrap the cabbage.
Mix Olive oil and Garlic powder and brush the wedges
Salt to taste, Seal cabbage in the foil.
Ready to grill for 30 min and enjoy! You may garnish with some lemon wedges and add lemon juice before serving.
