Intro:

Do you need ENERGY? Here is a yummy sweet treat that will satisfy you in more than just your taste buds. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Oats
  • 1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut
  • 3/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 tsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 tsp of vanilla
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender. 
  2. Blend all ingredients until mixed well. 
  3. Form into little balls.
  4. Let set in the fridge for 30 mins. 
  5. Enjoy and Energize.
