Intro:

A house full of the aroma of Italy is so blissful. With this healthy Vegan Spaghetti you will feel that is came straight from Italy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Spaghetti Noodles

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 Cloves of garlic

  • 1 Package of Mushrooms

  • 1 Package of Vegan Beef Crumbles (Optionals) (My Favorite are Boca)

  • 1 Jar of Meatless Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon of Basil

  • 1 Tablespoon of  Organo

  • 1 BayLeaf

  • ¼ Cup of nutritional yeast

  • Salt to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook Noodles according to package.

  2. Cut Up Onion, Garlic, Mushrooms

  3. Saute Onion, Garlic, Mushrooms and Vegan Beef Crumbles in Frying pan with a ¼ cup of water.

  4. Add Spices and Spaghetti Sauce.

  5. Bring to A simmer.

  6. Add noodles to a plate and Cover with Sauce.

  7. Eat Up.
